It might be hard for some people to follow how quickly the English language develops but why the FBI needs a Twitter dictionary is beyond us. First of all which criminal is going to use terms like “ALOTBSOL” (always look on the bright side of life) or YKWRGMG (you know what really grinds my gears?) and why doesn’t the FBI just search online when they stumble across suspects that speak in a lingo they don’t get.
At least they showed some humor when the documents were released, here is what they sated:
“This list has almost 2,800 entries you should find useful in your work or for keeping up with your children and/or grandchildren.”
