Artist Mark Farid has started a Kickstarter projects where he asks for GBP 150,000 (roughly $235K) so he can wear a virtual reality headset for 28 days and experience life through another person’s eyes.
“Seeing-I is a social-artistic experiment that questions how much of the individual is an inherent personality and how large a portion of the individual is a cultural.”
The idea is for him to live in a small space which only consists of a bed, a shower and a toilet area. The other person will record videos and audio which will be watched by Mark.
Check out the Kickstarter page here. It’s unlikely the project will happen though, so far it only has 34 bakers.
