Google Drive for work now offering unlimited storage for $10 per month

Google announced a number of new products at the Google I/O 2014 which we reported on earlier.

One announcement that didn’t get much attention but is worth a separate article is the fact that Google is now offering Drive for work with unlimited storage for $10 per month per user.

Microsoft doubled the free storage earlier this week and offer Office365 users 1 TB of storage but Google Drive for work certainly sounds more interesting for business customers. We wrote an article earlier about cloud storage providers, comparing free storage offered and different upgrade plans.

As the market continues to grow, companies are getting aggressive with their different plans. Google said it had 190 million active users in the last 30 days, Google Drive for work is another piece in the Google Ecosystem in the quest to make companies and institutions go “All Google”.
